Our young people are so switched on and hyper-connected, yet painfully isolated at the same time. Parents are key influencers and generally have really good intentions but are naturally very involved and subjective, and sometimes objectivity is the key.
With a blended coaching/mentoring approach, I support young adults in building confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. In a safe, empowering space, we explore their unique strengths, values, and creative expression to help them embrace their authentic selves and effectively bring their gifts into play.
I draw on over a decade of experience mentoring youth from primary age through to young professionals and take great joy in witnessing young people develop a strong sense of self-belief and positive independence.

Our bodies are nothing short of remarkable. They carry us, fight infections, hold memories, even create life, and they transform over and over again. I support others in celebrating and nurturing their bodies, especially where connection has been lost.
When guiding people through physical health transitions, I draw on positive psychology and nature connection, combined with ancient alternative practices. Gentle movement in nature and creative expression are powerful ways to bridge any disconnect between the unconscious self and the physical body, and many natural remedies and rituals are beautiful supplements for habits that don’t serve us.
In my own life, I have navigated cancer treatment, experienced two complex pregnancies, faced disordered eating, managed uncontrolled pain, and undergone bariatric surgery that has led to a loss of over 60kgs. These experiences have taught me the importance of practicing self-compassion and loving and accepting this earthly vessel in the present moment.

Expecting someone to commit to a single vocation for life after completing their education is outdated. Research shows that fulfilling work aligns with our values and allows us to apply our strengths. Joy in a career comes from harmony between our roles and our authentic selves, yet this can be challenging without a clear sense of purpose. Having recently left a workplace I loved for 13 years due to shifting values, I know the importance of this alignment firsthand.
With over a decade of coaching and mentoring within workplaces, along with experience launching my own businesses in creative and wellbeing spaces, I empower others to realise meaningful work by identifying and applying strengths and values and connecting to their true intent. Creative expression supports self-discovery and a balanced work-life approach grounded in nature allows for reflection and growth. For many, there is a deep spiritual component to this journey, one that involves connecting with the soul and reaching into the unconscious to unlock true drive and purpose.

Becoming a parent is a profound transformation, often accompanied by feelings of joy, anxiety, and even loss of personal identity. I know that journey well. I have two miracles who made it to full term despite losing my cervix to cancer years prior.
I’ve never felt less myself physically after sharing my body with my children, and years after their births I continued to feel the disconnect. I also understand the complexity of identity shifts. I’d think I’d nailed this motherhood thing, and then everything would change. From baby years to toddler tantrums to school transitions and beyond, each stage brings new questions, changes, and moments of self-doubt. And balancing a career alongside parenthood often leaves us wondering about our priorities and the legacy we are leaving this generation.
I get it. I really do. If you’re feeling disconnected or lost, you're not alone. I’m not a perfect parent – none of us are – but I can help you rediscover and reconnect with your authentic self, find balance, and explore what each new chapter means for you. Together, we’ll create space for you to thrive as both a parent and an individual.

The end of a relationship can feel like the end of a chapter you never anticipated closing, often stirring up a blend of grief, uncertainty, and even relief or excitement. Life as you knew it shifts dramatically, and so does your sense of self. Suddenly, you’re facing questions you hadn’t considered before: Who am I now? What do I want my life to look like?
Relationships, especially long-term ones, often shape so much of who we believe ourselves to be. When they end, it’s natural to feel disoriented and overwhelmed. But this is also a rare opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover passions, strengths, and aspirations that may have taken a backseat.
I understand that the journey of rediscovery can be daunting. I’ve been through divorce (unfortunately, a bitter one). I turned up on my parents’ doorstep with a single suitcase and started from scratch after a decade-long relationship. I had to find a job, find a home, and find myself.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to help you rebuild your confidence, clarify your values, connect with your intuition, and explore this new path. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll create a vision for the next chapter that feels true to who you are. Right now, you have a unique opportunity to thrive in ways you may not have imagined.

Sometimes, life’s routines and responsibilities feel like they blur together and we’re left wondering if this is all there is. The desire for greater meaning and purpose is a natural call to reconnect with your true self, your values and strengths, and what genuinely lights you up.
The search for purpose often surfaces during times of transition, such as career change, a milestone birthday, or a period of deep reflection. This journey doesn’t have to be spiritual, but it certainly can be. It’s simply an invitation to pursue a deeply aligned life.
I stumbled around chasing my soul calling for my first 40 years on earth, collecting qualifications and experience without quite understanding how it’d fit together later (spoiler: it did). I’ve had a spiritual guide for 30 years, though I didn’t fully embrace this until a time of intense personal change. During that period, I received a sign I couldn’t ignore. I began exploring alternative modalities including reiki, card reading, art interpretation, bush flower essences, and communing with nature. My journey also led me through psychic development, where I’ve tuned into my gifts: receiving words and image flashes, vivid dreams, and strong intuition.
I sincerely believe everyone has innate gifts; it’s just a matter of tuning in. Connecting with a deeper sense of purpose can be life-changing, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Whether you’re looking for a science-backed approach, an alternative perspective, or a mix of both, I’m here for the journey… and all the ‘woo-woo’ is welcome.

There’s a special kind of magic that happens when women come together in circle. In this sacred space, we set down our daily roles and responsibilities and step into a place where we can simply be ourselves, heard, seen, and valued as we are. Circles offer an environment that goes beyond traditional support. Here, vulnerability and strength are celebrated together, and each person’s story is honoured as an essential part of the whole.
When women gather, a powerful energy emerges, one that uplifts, heals, and restores. In this collective space, there’s a sense of belonging that can be deeply grounding, giving us the courage to explore and express parts of ourselves that may otherwise remain hidden. This shared experience of sisterhood, of witnessing and being witnessed, can be profoundly transformative. Whether we’re navigating new beginnings, letting go of the past, or simply seeking connection, there’s wisdom and healing in the simple act of coming together.
If you’re looking for a space to reconnect, to be inspired, and to grow within a supportive community, my circles are here to welcome you. In my circles, we create a safe, nurturing space together, where each person is invited to show up as her authentic self. Always, always “come as you are.” Through gentle guidance, shared stories, reflective practices, and creative exploration, we tap into our inner wisdom and support each other’s growth.
Acknowledgement of Country
Not long after World War II, my Oma left Holland and sailed to Australia. That was my maternal family’s sliding door moment. My grandparents settled with several Dutch families in Wollongong’s Northern suburbs, and my mother was the firstborn child of four. What they didn’t comprehend at the time was that this place - Dharawal Country - had already been inhabited for thousands of years.
My father was born in the rural west of New South Wales. He was the first baby born in his local hospital, built on Wiradjuri Country; a fact he was never taught.
Although I was born into this beautiful area, and feel a strong soul tie to the Illawarra, I acknowledge the wrongs of my ancestors and the horrific damage they caused to the Indigenous peoples of this place and Australia more broadly. In particular, I extend my deepest respect and admiration to the First Nation’s People of the Dharawal and Wiradjuri Countries, and their Elders, past, present, and emerging. May we be allies in connecting the people of the Illawarra to this beautiful land. Thank you dearly for the care and love you have shown to this place for thousands of years.
